Service Description

We are honored to provide you information about our facility and outdoor recreation areas. We believe our facility is the perfect place for a multigenerational gathering bringing people together to celebrate life and create lasting memories. Rental fees for memorial celebrations of life start at $300 per hour and does not include catering or beverages. The price includes the rental of the facility not to exceed occupancy levels indoors of 170 people within the large tap room area. Current seating is for 145 guests. We have enough parking to accommodate up to 70 vehicles within the two parking lots on site. Any more than that, we would request you do shuttle servicing. Absolutely no parking is available on the roadway and must remain open to traffic for the safety of our guests and neighbors. Buffet style menu would be presented in the Westphalia Conference Room area off to the northside of the tap room. Doors will be opened on the day of the event as agreed upon by 6Four Accord and the client. Should the memorial celebration be in the evening, we require the following: house rules apply and party must be vacated no later than 11 pm. The outdoor recreation area is available for guests to meander. However, the reindeer barn and inner pastures are off limits. No outdoor noise is allowed after 9 pm out of respect of our neighbors. Any damages incurred will be invoiced and paid by the client such as but not limited to broken glass, tables, chairs….
