What You’ll Do
As a Taphouse Server, you’ll be one of the main reasons guests fall in love with 6Four Accord. You will:
Welcome guests with genuine hospitality and guide them through our food menu, tap wall, and crafted cocktail/mocktail offerings.
Deliver drinks and food with efficiency, care, and attention to detail.
Check in with tables, answer questions, and help guests feel at home.
Support the Taphouse Manager by keeping the space clean, organized, and inviting.
Assist with bussing, dishwashing, and maintaining compliance with state and local regulations.
Help set up indoor and outdoor dining areas for events, special dinners, and seasonal experiences.
Communicate guest feedback, incidents, or operational needs to management.
Your mission: ensure every guest feels cared for, welcomed, and excited to return.
What We're Looking For
You’re someone who brings positivity, professionalism, and a hands‑on approach. Ideally, you have:
Prior serving experience
Bartender license (or willingness to obtain one — we’ll help!)
Strong communication skills and a guest‑first mindset
Ability to multitask and stay organized
Problem‑solving skills and sound judgment
Physical ability to meet the demands of a busy taphouse environment

Responsibilities
Uphold 6Four Accord’s mission, values, and quality standards
Foster a fun, welcoming atmosphere that encourages connection
Perform routine taproom cleaning and weekly kiosk/dispensary cleaning
Keep tables, floors, and guest areas spotless throughout service
Report maintenance needs promptly (restrooms, lighting, POS, furniture, etc.)
