About the Role

We’re looking for a Pizza Maker / Food Service Team Member who takes pride in fresh ingredients, enjoys working with their hands, and loves being part of a fast‑paced, friendly, community‑driven environment.

Requirements
As a Pizza Maker, you’ll help shape the flavors and experiences that define 6Four Accord. You will:
Prep, cook, and serve delicious, locally inspired foods with consistency and care
Tailor pizzas to guest preferences and follow gluten‑free practices when needed
Maintain proper food temperatures, labeling, rotation, and Barron County Public Health standards
Support inventory management by communicating needs and occasionally assisting with local grocery runs
Keep indoor and outdoor food service areas clean, organized, and welcoming
Practice excellent sanitation: wash–rinse–sanitize cycles, proper handwashing, and clean prep surfaces throughout service
Provide feedback to managers regarding incidents, guest comments, or operational needs
Help create a warm, fun atmosphere that encourages connection and community
Your work directly enhances the guest experience — every plate you craft becomes part of someone’s memory.
