About the Role
We're looking for a Taphouse Host Ambassador to host our customers and get them set up for an incredible experience. Host personnel welcome customers, place a card on file, identify age restricted beverages, and walk them through the tap wall process. Once seated, check in with the table and answer any questions they may have about the beverages or food. Support the Taphouse Manager with maintaining cleanliness throughout the facility and restrooms. Provide feedback to the manager or owners about any incidents, customer feedback, or employee communications. As a taphouse host ambassador, you will need to bus and dishwash barware in between services, maintaining all state and municipality laws and regulations. During events, ambassadors will help set the room or outdoor dining areas, ensuring their event or special dinner is memorable. It’s an opportunity for you to join a Northern Wisconsin-based agritourism business promoting outdoor recreation, education, and gatherings.
You’ll play an active role in creating the taphouse atmosphere and assist with property transitions throughout the four seasons. You should have a hands-on approach with the ability to learn and make sound judgements as it pertains to food safety and wellbeing of the customer. Licensed Bartender or willing to become licensed preferred, but not required
Problem-solving aptitude

Responsibilities
Maintain and support the 6Four Accord mission and values by upholding quality standards in food and drink.
Promote a fun atmosphere to encourage gatherings
Perform routine restroom cleaning and daily garbage removal and documentation
Perform weekly cleaning schedule for dispensary and kiosk
Thoroughly clean tables and floors throughout service
Report maintenance needs to management (including restrooms, lighting, POS system, furniture when needed)
