We’re looking for a Line Cook who brings skill, consistency, and leadership to our kitchen. Requirements
What You’ll Do
As a Line Cook, you’ll be a key player in delivering the quality and consistency guests expect from 6Four Accord. You will:
Prep, cook, and serve delicious, locally inspired foods with precision and care
Maintain proper food temperatures, labeling, rotation, and Barron County Public Health standards
Encourage and coach team members to follow food safety regulations and best practices
Communicate inventory needs, grocery lists, and occasionally assist with local shopping
Support managers by keeping indoor and outdoor food service areas clean, organized, and welcoming
Document sanitation practices: wash–rinse–sanitize cycles, proper handwashing, and clean prep surfaces throughout service
Provide feedback to owners regarding incidents, guest comments, or employee communication
Assist caterers during events, ensuring special dinners and gatherings run smoothly and memorably

What We’re Looking For
You’re someone who brings confidence, consistency, and a passion for quality. Ideally, you have:
Food Service license (or willingness to obtain one — we’ll help!)
Strong communication skills and ability to train coworkers
Problem‑solving skills and sound judgment
Ability to multitask in a fast‑paced kitchen
Physical ability to meet the demands of food prep and service
Attention to detail and commitment to creating consistent dishes

Responsibilities
Uphold 6Four Accord’s mission, values, and quality standards
Support locally sourced foods and highlight fresh ingredients in every dish
Assist with food inventory management and ordering supplies
Promote a fun, welcoming atmosphere that encourages gatherings
Perform routine and weekly cleaning of coolers, prep areas, and cooking spaces
Thoroughly clean tables and floors throughout service
Report maintenance needs (lighting, POS, appliances, water reservoirs, etc.)
