Requirements
What You’ll Do
As a Prep Cook, you’ll play a key role in shaping the quality and consistency of our menu. You will:
Prep ingredients, cook menu items, and support daily service with efficiency and care
Maintain proper food temperatures, labeling, rotation, and Barron County Public Health standards
Assist with packaging, storing, and organizing food products
Communicate inventory needs and grocery list updates to the Food Service Lead
Support managers by keeping indoor and outdoor food service areas clean and welcoming
Practice excellent sanitation: wash–rinse–sanitize cycles, proper handwashing, and clean prep surfaces throughout service
Provide feedback to managers regarding incidents, guest comments, or operational needs
Help create a warm, fun atmosphere that encourages connection and community
Your work directly enhances the guest experience — every dish you help prepare becomes part of someone’s memory.
What We’re Looking For
You’re someone who brings enthusiasm, consistency, and attention to detail. Ideally, you have:
Knowledge of food safety practices (or willingness to learn)
Strong communication skills
Ability to multitask and stay organized
Problem‑solving skills and sound judgment
Physical ability to meet the demands of food prep and service

Responsibilities
Uphold 6Four Accord’s mission, values, and quality standards
Assist with prep, cooking, and cleanup throughout daily service
Perform routine and weekly cleaning of coolers, prep areas, and cooking spaces
Report maintenance needs (lighting, POS, appliances, water reservoirs, etc.)
Promote a fun, welcoming environment that encourages gatherings
