About the Role
We're looking for Food Service personnel to prep, cook, and serve incredible local foods to enhance the overall 6Four Accord experience. Food Service will maintain Barron County Public Health standards and follow regulations. Food Service will maintain proper temperatures for food and package product with proper labeling and rotation. The Food Service personnel will communicate inventory levels and grocery list needs to the Food Service Lead, and may help shop on occasion to ensure high quality product and local foods. In addition, you will support the managers with maintaining cleanliness throughout the facility indoors and out. It is important to provide feedback to the managers about any incidents, customer feedback, or employee communications. As food service, you will need to practice proper sanitation including wash, rinse, sanitizing, proper handwashing practices, and sanitizing countertops and food prep areas throughout service time. Responsibilities
Maintain and support the 6Four Accord mission and values by upholding quality standards in food and drink.
Promote a fun atmosphere to encourage gatherings
Perform routine cleaning practices
Perform weekly cleaning schedule for coolers and cooking areas
Report maintenance needs to management (including lighting, POS system, appliances, and wat3er reservoirs when needed)
Assist in prep, cook, and clean up throughout daily service
